X-X “discography”
details are sketchy in my memory now that Jake’s post is no longer there for reference (and google was about as useful as my noggin on this one), but…
EDIT: see the comments for some insight from Mars. many thanks for the missing info.

Those came from me to Jake, BTW, and you should add the following to the description as it’s actually of some historical importance:
X-X was formed in 1978 in NYC by John Morton, former lead guitarist / thug of Cleveland’s massive proto-punk juggernaut THE ELECTRIC EELS (a MUST HEAR if you haven’t all ready – total punk rock CHAOS before the Pistols or Ramones even). The band included part time Eels Paul Marotta (also of MIRRORS) and Anton Fier (also of FEELIES & GOLDEN PALOMINOS)as well as Jamie Klimek (head honcho for Mirrors as well as STYRENES). This package includes their entire output of two 1979 singles on DROME, I believe and as a bonus, a weird live track from August 31 1978 from the CLE magazine Dble CD comp ‘CLEVELAND…SO MUCH TO ANSWER FOR’ released back in 1996. Each single has an original backed with a major retooling of an Electric Eels track. Awesome stuff showcasing all participants evenly. Which is really saying something for these guys.
